We ask that you have your final headcount and food selections two weeks prior to your event to ensure adequate staffing and food preparations.
Absolutely! Personalizing the space for your event makes it extra special. Please do not use confetti, rose petals, or balloons filled with confetti, contents can get in food and be hazardous. Usage of confetti will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Sure! Please let your coordinator know if you will need a separate table setup for the desserts.
Unfortunately, no Backwoods has a full-service bar, and we are happy to offer you one of our set bar packages or consumption tab. Our experienced bar staff can concoct anything you desire.
Definitely! All our event menus are marked with dietary details such as Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free. If you are looking for anything specific or have a question, please let the coordinator know.
Yes! Your space is available to you, two hours prior to your event start time. (If you request to decorate 2 hours prior and do not show, you will incur a $50 no show fee).
Depending on your space, you can choose the type of music we stream from Bluetooth speakers or bring your own speaker and device.
Our standard events are three hours long. We will happily extend your party for an extra fee of $50 per additional hour, as long as it doesn’t affect another party or service.
Yes, we have off white, black, and silver tablecloths for $10 each to rent. We also have 2 easels and a projector if needed.
